Shipping is $8 for the first item, then $2 for each additional item. There is also a local pick-up option at check out. If you select this option, please email me at rickykwongart@gmail.com to arrange a time (usually available M-F, 11am - 5pm). I am currently only shipping within the US.

I will pack and ship your items within 5 business days of receiving your order. I typically use USPS Priority Mail unless another service is substantially cheaper (including USPS ground service and UPS). Delivery times will vary based on distance from San Francisco (most orders will be received within 3 days from shipping).

Any orders that contain apparel items are not available for local pickup as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

All sales are final, so please choose wisely! If the item arrives damaged, please send me an email and photo and I will work with you in getting a replacement.

All of the materials and glazes used are food safe. They are also dishwasher and microwave safe (although hand-washing is recommended for longevity!).

Do not use the saucers that come with planters for food since they are unglazed.

To prevent thermal shock, do not put boiling hot liquids into a cold ceramic piece. The temperature difference may cause the ceramic to crack and break.

My items are microwave safe, with the exception of the black glittery glazes since there may be metallic pieces in the glitter.

Everything is dishwasher safe, but I strongly recommend hand-washing to ensure longevity of the piece. The harsh power of a dishwasher will eventually degrade any surface decorations on the pieces, and wear down any delicate joints and attachments.
